Managing your own Remote Personnel under Match Advisory
How does it Work?
- Account Manager is assigned for every client onboarded by Match Advisory. The account manager is responsible to work with our onboarded clients on the translation, project management, managing targets as well as schedules, and personally monitoring the quality work of the assigned personnel to each of our client.
- The Engagement can be based on full time employment, part time engagement, or by project engagement. For full time arrangement depending on the location our client choose, we will recruit and provide the interview sessions to match the candidate and the client. The engagement is a minimum of 1 year contract in which after, the client has the option to continue the service via Match Advisory or to deal directly with the assigned personnel.
- For part time and project engagements, the allocation will be based on the No of Hours per week/ per project.
